On Thursday, October 6, 2016, Ms. Sherrie Marie Medearis departed this life at Saint Thomas Rutherford.

She was born in Bedford County Tennessee on November 30, 1947 to the late Robert Curtis Medearis and Magnolia Cannon Medearis. 

Sherrie obeyed Christ at an early age at East Cedar Street Church of Christ until her health failed at Bird Street Church of Christ.

She attended Skill Development Center for over 30 years.  Sherrie loved her family and friends.  She loved music, people and dancing some of her favorite foods were hamburgers, French fries, sodas, fried chicken and coffee.

She always greeted everyone with a smile.

Sherrie leaves to cherish her memories, one sister, Carolyn (James) Buchanan; two nephews, Christopher (Ramona) Medearis and Jabbar (Jessica) Buchanan; one niece Angela (Damon) Lewis; and many other relatives and friends.
