He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his special and devoted mother Deborah “Dee Dee” McGee of Bell Buckle, TN; father Perry Lewis Osborne of Nashville, TN; three sisters, Rakisha Burns, Autumn Harris and Jackie Brinkley all of Murfreesboro, TN; four brothers, Jesse James of Murfreesboro, TN, Steven McGee of Bell Buckle, TN, Jordan Streeter of Shelbyville, TN and Christopher Gooch of Nashville, TN; grandmothers, Vinnie Rucker of Bell Buckle, TN and Emma Gooch of Murfreesboro, TN; aunts, Valisa (Geno) Demons of Mableton, GA, Trina (Greg) Pugh of Cleveland, TN, Barbara Smith, Ronita Smith and Annie Smith all of Murfreesboro, TN; uncles, Timmy (Wilma) Osborne, Allen Osborne of Murfreesboro, TN, Luke Osborne, Lonnie (Winona) Osborne of Cleveland, TN, Jim Smith and Thomas Gooch of Murfreesboro, TN; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Perry Lepal Osborne was born on July 14, 1985 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to the late Sally Smith and Perry Lewis Osborne.

He departed this life on March 29, 2016 at his home in Bell Buckle, Tennessee.  He attended Bedford County Schools.
